Since early 2007, retro fashion have been revived and have been internationally popular. In men's field of fashion, are retro shirts, skinny trousers, tight jerseys, wingtips, wayfarers, aviators, etc. From these trends, they evolved, to become geeky fashion. It is a result of concern of the geeks these festive seasons, people have decided to follow their trends while respecting the retro fashion, so they blended them together, to result in geeky fashion. What changes have been made to the retro fashion? Wayfarers and aviators have been modified to become rounder, more contoured and used in making of spectacles to match the usual geek glasses. These modified glasses have a more 'geeky' effect. Bootlegs of trousers are rolled up to show the long socks the person is wearing, creating a 'ignorance for neatness' perspective, which geeks have. Shirts are worn untidily and its top buttons are unbuttoned when a tie is on, for the exact same reason. Though the untidy outfits, the hair is kept neat and simple, and waxed to show the 'smart' look.
